1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Byaj Batta ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Byaj Batta is a cloud-based loan management platform designed for microfinance institutions, NBFCs, and private lenders in India. The Platform provides tools for loan origination, EMI calculation, repayment tracking, collection management, customer management, document generation, and financial reporting.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business you are registering.
- One business should maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
4. Subscription & Payments
- Byaj Batta offers Free, Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans.
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during purchase.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card details.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
- Free trial accounts are limited to 1 month (30 days). After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using premium features.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal lending or financial activities.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
- Attempt to access other tenants' data or bypass security measures.
- Resell or redistribute the Platform without written permission.
- Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or harm borrowers or any individuals.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy any part of the Platform.
6. Data Ownership
- You own all business data you enter into the Platform (customer records, loan details, transactions, etc.).
- We do not claim ownership of your data.
- You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Platform's services.
- You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by internet outages, third-party services, or force majeure events.
8. Limitation of Liability
Byaj Batta is a tool to assist with loan management. We are NOT a financial institution and do NOT provide financial, legal, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your lending practices comply with applicable RBI regulations and state money-lending laws.
- The accuracy of data entered into the Platform.
- All lending decisions and their consequences.
In no event shall Byaj Batta or Byaj Batta be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.
- You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page.
- Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Intellectual Property
The Byaj Batta platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Byaj Batta. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
