Vehicle loan and auto finance software
Vehicle finance carries more paper than most lending: the asset, the dealer, the guarantor, the registration. Capturing it in stages — and refusing to let a file move on until the stage is genuinely complete — is what stops half-built applications reaching disbursal.
What usually gets in the way
- ✕Applications reaching approval with no vehicle details filled in
- ✕Dealer payouts tracked outside the loan
- ✕Guarantor and co-applicant details captured inconsistently
- ✕Repossession managed entirely off-system
What Byaj Batta does about it
Staged capture
Applicant, vehicle, loan terms, guarantor, co-applicant and bank details captured in order, with the file unable to advance until the current stage has what it needs — manufacturer, model, variant, year, registration and fuel type before the vehicle stage closes.
Dealer channel
Dealers recorded and attached to an application, so channel-sourced business is identifiable.
Repossession and legal
Repossession recorded against the loan, and legal cases tracked where recovery goes that way.
Full origination
Field investigation with location, credit bureau pull, underwriting and a per-product approval workflow before conversion to a loan.
Built AI-native, not AI-bolted-on
Tezu, the built-in AI agent, answers questions about your own book in plain language, and AI import reads whatever spreadsheet you already keep — mapping arbitrary column headings onto customers, loans and deposits — so moving in does not mean retyping years of records.

Does it capture vehicle and RC details?
Yes. Manufacturer, model, variant, manufacturing year, registration type, fuel type, registration number and chassis and engine numbers are captured against the application.
Can an application be saved part-way?
Yes. An application can be saved as a draft from the first tab, and it resumes at the stage that still needs filling.
Is repossession supported?
Yes. Repossession is recorded against the loan, alongside legal case tracking.
